Lizzie has over 25 years’ experience in the fields of Sales & Marketing, HR Consulting, Operational Management and Recruitment. She is a strategic partner to organisations where she focuses on ensuring organisations and their people achieve success. Having worked with Right Management since 2006, Lizzie has had various roles as a Career Coach, Leader of the Project Management Team across Australia and New Zealand and as a Principal Consultant. Her consulting experience has been across Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Not-for-profit, IT, Telecom, Local and National Government working with clients across strategic workforce consulting, change management, leadership development, talent management and strategic career management. Her strengths and when partnering with clients includes establishing a vision and inspiring enthusiasm, strategic thinking and planning, process improvement, identifying areas of need, creating stakeholder agreement, mentoring and coaching. She employs her business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing and communication skills to further enhance the solutions we deliver to our clients. Education & Training. Lizzie holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Information Systems from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from Monash University, majoring in Politics and Sociology.
