Donna has over 10 years of experience in recruitment, leadership, and project management experience. Donna has spent her career leading sales teams, delivering on large scale projects and managing the needs of both enterprise and government customers. A dedicated recruitment leader who has a proven track record in building and leading highly successful teams.Donna is passionate about coaching and mentoring ambitious sales professionals, driving them to excel in a competitive environment. She joined Manpower at the beginning of 2023 as General Manager, Projects, and Execution to support in driving the next phase of strategic development and growth for ManpowerGroup in Australia.

Leah is an experienced Senior Recruitment and Operations Manager with 20 years' recruitment and talent management experience within Australia and internationally (UK and US), providing leadership, strategic workforce solutions, and executive consulting services across many different industry sectors, including Defence, Healthcare, Engineering, Government, IT/Tech, Education, Oil and Gas, Mining and Resources, HR, Legal and Public Relations, along with many other volume recruitment portfolios.Leah's recruitment background encompasses RPO, agency, talent and workforce solutions, and internal talent acquisition. Janet is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of strategic and operational experience. She assumed the role of Finance Director at ManpowerGroup Australia in November 2024. Since joining ManpowerGroup in 2006, she has been instrumental in all aspects of financial management for the Australian operations and leading the execution of global transformational projects. In her current role, Janet leads a team of skilled finance professionals, providing strategic direction across various domains including financial control, commercial finance, risk management and business strategy. Janet holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney and a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) with CPA Australia.
Brett Maguire is a Marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience in professional marketing and communications roles. Brett provides a unique ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level to deliver meaningful outcomes and has a passion for identifying and telling an organisation’s authentic story.Brett has worked in Recruitment Marketing space for more than 15 years and have demonstrated success at every level of the marketing spectrum; from community engagement and event marketing to Trans-Tasman focused digital marketing, PR, education and promotion campaigns, through to marketing leadership at a regional level.As the ManpowerGroup Australia Marketing Director, Brett takes overall responsibility for driving awareness of and engagement with ManpowerGroup brands in Australia.
Newly appointed as ManpowerGroup Australia's Head of Sales, Matthew will lead and execute MPG’s sales and accounts strategy. Matthew joins the organisation with 20 years in the HR industry within sales leadership roles across Europe, Asia and Australia. Matthew also leads the growth of our Technology Sector customers within Asia Pacific Middle East.
Lizzie has over 25 years’ experience in the fields of Sales & Marketing, HR Consulting, Operational Management and Recruitment. She is a strategic partner to organisations where she focuses on ensuring organisations and their people achieve success. Having worked with Right Management since 2006, Lizzie has had various roles as a Career Coach, Leader of the Project Management Team across Australia and New Zealand and as a Principal Consultant. Her consulting experience has been across Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Not-for-profit, IT, Telecom, Local and National Government working with clients across strategic workforce consulting, change management, leadership development, talent management and strategic career management. Her strengths and when partnering with clients includes establishing a vision and inspiring enthusiasm, strategic thinking and planning, process improvement, identifying areas of need, creating stakeholder agreement, mentoring and coaching. She employs her business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing and communication skills to further enhance the solutions we deliver to our clients. Education & Training. Lizzie holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Information Systems from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from Monash University, majoring in Politics and Sociology.
Mike was appointed General Manager, ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions early 2020, after leading the Talent Solutions Sales Team. This is Mike’s second ‘career’ with ManpowerGroup, having left in 2014 after spending over a decade with the business initially. With more than 20 years’ experience working across the recruitment industry, Mike has particular expertise in workforce solutions including RPO & MSP, talent acquisition and outsourcing across a broad range of industries and sectors. Prior to re-joining ManpowerGroup, he was a Client Director with Korn Ferry, was the AN/Z Talent & Engagement Lead at IBM, and Operations Director with Allegis. Mike has served on Standards Australia committees and on the NSW Recruitment and Consulting Services of Australia council. Helping organisations achieve goals and finding meaningful work for individuals – and optimising the way both are done are particular areas of interest for Mike.
Priscilla is the People & Culture Director, for ManpowerGroup Australia. Over the last 21 years, Priscilla has been in the HR Solutions industry directly involved in leading volume campaigns, project services, design and implementation of graduate and intern programs and bespoke services across varying industries such as banking, energy, government, and telecommunications. In the last ten years, Priscilla has been leading and developing teams within the People & Culture space on a national scale with a focus on best practice, innovation, and the future of work. Priscilla has a bachelor’s degree in Business.
Ellen Nelson joined ManpowerGroup early 2019 as a Contracts Lawyer and made her mark as extremely professional, efficient and conscientious. At the beginning of 2021, Ellen was promoted to Head of Legal. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2006, Ellen worked as a lawyer at large private practice law firm, King and Wood Mallesons and in various in-house roles including at CBA and Pentair. Ellen is proficient at handling large complex matters as well as providing sensible, non-lawyer speak advice, as has been frequently been demonstrated during her career at ManpowerGroup.
